We have homes for immediate occupancy and many more 10+ days out.
We can block additional dates at a fixed rate for your displaced insureds in the event that there are delays.
We collect a $1000 security deposit to ensure that the insured is accountable for their visit and not the insurance company.
We can invoice in 30 day increments and accept checks and all forms of electronic payment (Zelle, Cashapp, PayPal, etc)

WE SPECIALIZE IN ASSISTING DISPLACED HOMEOWNERS.

All of our homes are outfitted as you would expect an Airbnb or VRBO property (All homegoods, towels, linens and a 3-4 day supply of soaps, shampoos and detergents)
We can accept a check, PayPal, Zelle, Cashapp and Venmo for any reservation.
Our pricing is transparent and provided for the period of days you search.
All of our properties allow pets and many of them are fenced.
